Website Safety Policy
We will make every effort to ensure the safety and comfort of our members whilst active within the online community. Our website moderators will endeavour to eliminate abusive behaviour as defined in our Terms & Conditions the moment such behaviour occurs, but it is not realistic or practical to expect that our moderators can be monitoring all communication all the time, thus we expect our members understanding if we are not able to immediately respond. We request all our members report all and any misconduct and we will investigate as soon as is reasonably possible. We do insist that all members abide by the rules and policies detailed below and in our Terms & Conditions. Although the administrators and moderators of Special Friends Online will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this community forum, it is impossible for us to review all messages. All messages express the views of the author, and Special Friends Online, cannot be held responsible for the views and opinions of our members. We uphold the right to free speech as long as an opinion or statement is not abusive towards other members race, religions or disabilities. By agreeing to these rules, you warrant that you will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violative of any laws. The administrators of Special Friends Online reserve the right to remove, edit, move and/or close any thread for any reason where abusive behaviour and/or misconduct has occurred.
